MyBed – CRO audit for Poland’s largest online store for configurable beds
Project summary

MyBed is the leader in online bed sales. The client wanted an in-depth analysis of the whole purchase path – from the homepage, through listings and product pages, to the bed configurator, cart and checkout. All of it to find the specific places conversion leaks, working from data alone rather than guesswork.

At the heart of the store is an extensive configurator that lets customers personalize a bed. That element got our closest analysis – from the quantitative side (GA4) and the qualitative side (Clarity, expert review) alike. The conclusion? The configurator has great potential, but also plenty of barriers holding users back.

Our work produced an extensive report with over 80 observations, recommendations and test hypotheses. The client also got a clear plan of next steps – split into quick wins, major projects, and specific changes and ideas for further research.

After the audit we continue working together at scale — from strategy, through research and design, to engineering — covering all of those areas end to end. Our analysts and UX/CRO specialists run continuous research and testing and draw the conclusions, our designers design the changes, and our developers build them in Shoper.
