We build websites that don't just look good — they sell
Want to change how your current website looks? And not just make it pretty, but make it generate more sales?
Then you’re in the right place.
That’s exactly what we do. We design websites that do their core job – they sell.
Sites we’ve rebuilt include
When do clients come to us about a redesign?
They feel “something” needs to change on their website. They want to rebuild it or modernize it.
They’ve established that their current site has plenty of problems with conversion and UX.
They got a UX audit once, but it didn’t bring much value to the business or they’re not convinced the recommended changes would actually work.
They want the store or site to sell more without raising ad spend.
We design websites for conversion, based on hard data
We are a CRO agency, so unlike most UI/UX agencies we do not design websites to win awards or to “keep up with the latest trends”.
Of course, attractive design matters. It is an important part of brand communication and it affects conversion. But far too often much more time goes into making the interface “pretty” than into the other key elements that drive sales. So if:
- the information about your products or services is insufficient or unclear,
- visitors do not understand the value you give them,
- the purchase path contains elements that create friction, distraction and frustration,
then even the most beautiful design will not make your site work well. Unfortunately, many companies find this out too late.
Our website design process is a conversion optimization process. We run research, analyze user behavior and find where your site has the biggest problems and the biggest room for growth. We follow data, not personal taste, hunches or opinions.
- We run business workshops.
- We gather your goals, requirements and expectations.
- We put together an action plan.
- We listen closely to your business’s customers and document their needs, problems, motivations, frustrations and concerns. We empathize with them.
- We run an expert review based on the 7K model.
- We analyze user behavior on the site to identify what works, what does not and where you are currently losing the most conversions.
- We run user testing on the existing site to understand where and why problems occur, and also what its strengths are.
- We interview employees.
- We interview the brand’s regular customers.
- We survey customers to identify what matters most to them along the purchase path and to uncover their concerns and doubts.
- We build a base of observations, problems and solutions from quantitative and qualitative research. In it we document where and why sales may be leaking, and collect data-driven ideas for lifting conversion and average order value. We design solutions for improving communication, the USP, information architecture, clarity of information and design, credibility, and for reducing friction.
- We set priorities.
- We create a draft of the site – first versions of the new views with copy and the most important features (and changes). Then you give your feedback, we discuss possible improvements together and, if needed, dig deeper into research.
- We create wireframes, you get design proposals from us and then pick one of them.
- We validate design decisions through user testing or A/B tests.
- We make improvements based on data.
- We create the final design.
We keep improving your website. We look for opportunities to grow sales and validate hypotheses (for example with A/B tests).
We’ll build a design that sells, matched to your technology
We run research, identify the problems leaking your conversions and find the opportunities to grow
Every successful optimization starts with solid research. Without research and a diagnosis — without naming the problem — that problem is hard to beat.
It’s like a doctor treating you before diagnosing the illness. You wouldn’t want to be treated that way, would you? Your website doesn’t handle treatment (shipping changes) without a diagnosis any better. So before we start changing (treating) your website, we run research — quantitative and qualitative. We get to know your business and your site, analyze user behavior and form hypotheses.
Here’s what the research tells us:

The service fee covers:
- The hours our specialists spend optimizing your site. At the start we agree how many hours you want to spend monthly (or one-off) on optimizing your site. The number of hours is of course flexible and we can adjust it as needed. Every week you get a report with the hours worked.
- The cost of testing and research tools.
The strategy, action plan and detailed documentation of the results of our work, along with the status and description of every task, study, test and rollout, are visible live in Notion. Effective planning, managing observations and ideas, prioritization and work organization are what we care about most. That is why we built our own Notion template matched to the needs of CRO projects.
From the email you learn exactly what we did and what it brought to your business.
On the call we go over the work done, discuss the plan for the coming weeks and answer your questions.
We keep clients through the quality and results of our work, not through long contracts.
If for any reason you want to end our work together, parting ways is straightforward.
We focus on the work that will bring you the most money. Say our analysis shows that most of your money leaks at the cart stage. That becomes our priority. We do not produce a sprawling 100-page audit covering every subpage, which you would not read anyway. Instead we focus on fixing conversion in your cart. Then we set the next priority. All so we deliver as much value to you as possible, as fast as possible.
