Nasz proces
projektowania UX/UI w e-commerce

We are a CRO agency, so we focus heavily on data, validating hypotheses and business ideas, and delivering websites that genuinely meet their goals. When designing UX&UI we follow research findings and business assumptions, not personal taste, hunches or opinions.

01 /
Analysis of your e-commerce and building a strategy
  • We run business workshops
  • We gather your goals, requirements and expectations
  • We put together an action plan
02 /
Customer and UX research
  • We run studies and interviews with users.
  • We survey customers or potential customers to identify what matters most to them and uncover their concerns and doubts.
  • Depending on the available data and resources, we run more qualitative and quantitative research.
  • We listen closely to your business’s customers and prospects, and document their needs, problems, motivations, frustrations and concerns. We empathize with them.
  • We build a base of observations, problems and solutions based on research data.
  • We design customer profiles, a Customer Journey Map, information architecture, email flows, features and user stories.
  • We set priorities and the scope of the MVP.
03 /
Projektowanie UX i UI
  • We create a draft of the site – first versions of the new views with copy and the most important features
(and changes). Then you give your feedback, we discuss possible improvements together and, if needed, dig deeper into research.
  • We create wireframes, you get design proposals from us and then pick one of them.
  • We validate design decisions through user testing.
  • We make improvements based on data.
  • We create the final design.

Case Studies

One of Poland’s leading cosmetics brands hired us to understand which changes actually move their conversion rate. As part of our full-service CRO engagement, we ran several dozen A/B tests. The changes we shipped generated roughly 2 million PLN (~$500K) in additional revenue per year.

Not long ago, every e-commerce “expert” was saying the same thing: a one-step checkout will lift your conversion rate because it’s shorter, has fewer steps, and so on. Switching to a single-step checkout sat on every “quick wins for store conversion” checklist out there. It was supposed to be the cure for abandoned carts. But as often happens with trends and best practices, something billed as a “must-have” and a “universal fix” doesn’t necessarily work everywhere.

Optimizing the Wideorejestratory24.pl store means continuously analyzing the site, spotting opportunities for sales growth, forming hypotheses, validating them, and shipping only the changes we have evidence for. All of this drove steady year-over-year growth in Wideorejestratory24.pl’s monthly revenue, without increasing marketing spend.

You always have access to information about what we do, how we do it, why we do it, and what it gets you

The strategy, action plan and detailed documentation of the results of our work, along with the status and description of every task, study, test and rollout, are visible live in Notion. Effective planning, managing observations and ideas, prioritization and work organization are what we care about most. That is why we built our own Notion template matched to project needs.

03 /
Every week you get an email summary with the most important information

From the email you learn exactly what we did and what it brought to your business.

04 /
Every week we meet on an online call

On the call we go over the work done, discuss the plan for the coming weeks and answer your questions.

05 /
We sign an open-ended contract with a 30-day notice period, with no need to give a reason

We keep clients through the quality and results of our work, not through long contracts.
If for any reason you want to end our work together, parting ways is straightforward.
