What does working with us look like?
The service fee covers:
- The hours our specialists spend optimizing your site. At the start we agree how many hours you want to spend monthly (or one-off) on optimizing your store. The number of hours is of course flexible and we can adjust it as needed. Every week you get a report with the hours worked.
- The cost of testing and research tools.
The strategy, action plan and detailed documentation of the results of our work, along with the status and description of every task, study, test and rollout, are visible live in Notion. Effective planning, prioritization and work organization are what we care about most.
